The MOMS Club of Enon offers moms a calendar full of fun events to do with your child during the week. Most weeks, there is at least one event to choose from every single day! But you can be as involved or casual as you like. Most events are low cost or free, and we try to get discounts for our group.

Monthly Meetings

All members are encouraged to attend so they can vote on or discuss any MOMS Club business. We hold our meeting on the first Friday of every month at a local church. Please note that the MOMS Club is not affiliated with any religion or religious organization. A local church has been kind enough to allow us to use their facilities. The Monthly Meetings are open to potential new members.

Sunshine Committee

Moms volunteer to cook a meal for a mom and her family that recently had a baby. The committee also helps moms that had special situation in which they would need the extra help like a surgery. Every meal is delivered every other day for a period of 2 weeks.

Service Projects

We give back to our community by performing at least one service project each year. Our projects are focused specifically on women and children. Our last project was sponsoring 2 families for Christmas through Enon Emergency Relief.

Mom's Night Out

We have a very popular Mom's Night Out each month, with activities ranging from sampling restaurants to quiet in-home dessert nights to a spa night!

Playgroups

Playgroups meet weekly, typically in each others homes for an hour or so of playtime. Sometimes playgroups participate in community activities together such as visiting story-time at the library, or meeting at a park. Playgroups are a great way for your children to interact with other children their age, developing social skills while engaged in play. Playgroups are also a great support for you where you can chat with other moms who are going through similar stages in their children's growth. Playgroups are open to members only.

Other Events

We organize events and trips to the zoo, the Library story-time, the water park, a visit to a local farm to pick fruit, or a tour of the Fire Department, among many other activities. We also have events that recur monthly, including:

• Scrapbooking Night: a monthly get-together to work on our albums
• Book club: Get together to discuss a book
• Exercise Group: Moms get together to get back into shape!
• Cooking Club: One of our members hosts a themed cook club at her house; we bring a dish and a recipe to share with everyone!
  

Children are welcome at ALL of our activities.
